I am very happy with this grill.I've had other Webers and this is by far the best.It has a large cooking surface for feeding large family get-togethers.I can get it extremely hot for searing steaks just right.But it also does what all my other gas gills couldn't do- it lets you cook low and slow at about 200 degrees!When I first got the grill I seasoned a whole chicken and put it on all day, using just the small burner on the smoker box- virtually forgot about it for hours.Later that evening it was tender and juicy.

Only problem is that when it rains, water collects in the drip pans and overflows making a huge mess.Seems like Weber could throw in a $43 cover when you pay $2,000 for a grill- or at least warn you that it is REQUIRED- not optional equipment.

Universal Porcelain Coated Cast Iron Cooking Grid 16 15/16" x 24 15/16" Review

We own a Kenmore grill which had really terrible grates. This was one of Kenmore's removable grate system that we thought would work out well. But the grates that came with the grill were not working for us. They were wider than normal grids and heat distribution was a problem. As a result of that, food would get stuck on it and it was close to impossible to clean them. And of course cleaning them after every grill use was just a waste of time. Didn't leave me any time to enjoy an extra beer :).

But these grates are nice. They are close to what you get with a Weber or a more expensive grill. They are cast iron and porcelain coated which makes for even heat distribution. We threw some steaks on them right out of the box and they worked fantastic. Also, they come in three separate pieces and were a perfect fit for our grill. I would highly recommend these as replacement grill grates.

8pc Stainless Steel BBQ Cookware Utensil Set w/ Wood Handles Review

I had this set for over 5 years and one day the spatula disappeared... That's funny?
Come to find out my Son like it so much he borrowed it... I gave the whole set to him and picked up a different set and they fell apart in two years. When I saw this set on Amazon I had to get them, for the cost of the set they are not the top of the line BBQ set but for the cost... they are a 5 star.

As for each of the tools in the set;
The Spatula is great, the handle is big and has all the best of uses for a BBQ Spatula I have seen or used. One side has the serrated edge for cutting "not real sharp, but does the job!" The other side has forked teeth that work good for holding on to a steak well you cut or flip it. The whole spatula is a nice size to flip big hamburgers and the best part is the ~Bottle Opener~ which comes in very handy!

The Fork is good size, I find the thickness of the steel is ok for most jobs but when I have a ~Big Steak 2-3 lbs~ it tends to bend but always comes back into shape.

The Tongs are good also... Big but lacking thickness in the steel to handle the really big jobs.

The Basting Brush is ok but... is made on the poor side, the bristles fall out. What I did to my last one and will do to this one, buy a nice paint brush, replacing the brush because the handles are nice, long, and heavy duty on all the tools. So if you want a nice BBQ Set and this is your price range... Buy Them! They are made outside of the USA but for the cost... Go For It!

Yes indeed folks . . . if you think you know something about cooking BBQ and you haven't tried this sauce, you'll truly expand your culinary education by trying it. I hear tell that folks in Kansas City think they know something about BBQ and perhaps they do . . . but they know about BEEF BBQ! Corky's is for those of us who like Memphis-style BBQ, which is PORK (and chicken too)!

We all know that there are umpteen different variations of BBQ sauce. Some have a hickory smoke flavor, and some lean towards a mesquite flavor, and still others feature a sweeter flavor. The list goes on and on. Corky's sauce is a little bit of all rolled into one package. Corky's is great, of course, on pork ribs because this is what made the Corky's restaurants so famous. Pulled pork BBQ sandwiches are also livened up with this sauce. Not only does it go great on BBQ chicken recipes, but you ought to try it on Buffalo-style wings as well.

Corky's started out at one single location in the heart of Memphis and later expanded to the outlying suburban areas. Now, there are locations throughout Tennessee (Nashville area, Knoxville area, and Pigeon Forge), and there are a few locations in Arkansas, Georgia, Missouri, Indiana, Illinois, Mississippi, and Louisiana. If you live in any of these areas (or plan to visit) you'd do yourself a favor by stopping in and checking them out.

The only gripe I have is the price. Over $4.50 for a single bottle of this sauce? Check your local supermarket first and see if it can't be had for a dollar or two less. If not, splurge this once and see if your BBQ recipes don't truly come to life with this stuff.

GENESIS EP-320 GREEN LP Review

After crawling out of the cave, my wife and I were finally in a position to buy a nice grill (we've had lots of them over the last half-century). After reading lots of reviews, we chose this one. Now, for the first time, I know what a Grill is. At this point we cook as many as 3 meals a day on it. Moments ago had breakfast by putting cast iron cooking grill on the Weber and cooked sunny-side-up eggs. Toasted some bread on the upper rack at the same time. The eggs were perfectly cooked, something I attribute to the heat of the grill - which appears to be orders of magentude higher than our electric stove top (gas is not available where we live). We've cooked salmon on planks, steaks (more on this below) and the requisite hot dogs and hamburgers. Everything is cooked to perfection by the high, well-regulated heat and the containment of that heat by the lid - which is massive and surprisingly heavy.

Weber has clearly designed this item to be around for a long time. The components are extremely well made, and there is no rattle, roll or vibration. The cooking grates are very heavy, but heat up quickly and do a superb job of searing. Our steaks now always have perfect diamond shaped grill marks and are nicely carbonized on the outside, but rare to
medium rare on the inside - just as we like them. Chicken, unlike every cheap grill I've used, comes out tender and moist on the inside (use medium heat). In the past grilled chicken was always tough and burnt on the outside and not done in the middle. Not good eats and probably not even safe.

The removeable bottom pan is brilliant - though admittedly quite hard to get showroom clean after 100's of grilling sessions. We're going to try a pressure washer on it soon. The drip pan system is another one of those "why doesn't everyone do it this way" systems. My one - and only one - criticism is that the Weber aluminum liners develop pin-holes really quickly and so you also have to clean the support pan. Fortunately that is a breeze.

Even the side burner is a wonder in my opinion. I've used it it 20 mile/hour winds (we live on a mountain - that's pretty common) and it has never blown out. The heat is even and well delivered. A particular favorite is to grill up some onions with salt/pepper/butter/olive oil/garlic in a pan while making an appropriate meat dish to put them over.

I rarely find products that are so well engineered and functional. If you've never cooked on a *real* grill that gets *hot,* this will be a revelation to you. If you used Weber grills in the past, I'm guessing you'll just be shaking your head in agreement. Bravo! If I could give it 6 stars I would.

I was pleasantly surprised by this set.While it's not super heavy stainless, it's definitely not flimsy either.The walls of the pans are substantial and every pan in the set has a weighted bottom.Pyrex has incorporated some innovative features in this set that make it stand out.Overall, I think it's a great set, especially for the price. The combination of pans in this set make it a perfect starter or replacement set.

Followup after more use
The innovative feature that allows you to hang the lid on the pans is actually more trouble than the dripping condensation issue of normal lids.
If your pot contains much food, the lid will touch or dip into the food when hung on the pot wall and create more of a mess than condensation would have.
The lids handles are easy grip and not likely to slip out of your hands, but for all practical purposes, the hanging feature will rarely be used.

Weber 3757001 Genesis E-320 Propane Grill, Green Review

I bought this grill 4th of July 2007. I have grilled on it at least 140 times. The regulator sprung a leak in April two days before my sons birthday when we were planning a cookout. I emailed Weber's customer service department with my dilemma and included my name and address. I didn't have my warranty number at the time because I had left the info at work. Weber tracked me down in their system by my name and address, email me back within an hour, and stated in the email that they had already shipped the replacement part overnight priority Fedex. It arrived 3 hours before the cookout. Fantastic grill and fantastic customer service. I will never buy anything but a Weber.

Weber 1810001 Summit S-420 Natural Gas Grill, Stainless Steel Review

I replaced a grill that had cast iron everything. It would take 20 minutes or longer to get the grill to 400 degrees. This new Weber takes only about 5 minutes to hit 500 degrees. I love the 4 burner front to back design. It is a design that gets me back to the days of indirect heat cooking I got from my Weber charcoal grill. I have cooked steak, burgers, chicken and a Wisconsin favorite brats. This is the first time I have a side burner on a grill. I've used it to heat a few things and appreciate it.

I live in an area that has a constant breeze that was always a problem for other grills. The wind would get into the grill between the base and the cover and mess with the flame and cool the food. This grill has an inner cover that connects to the base and blocks the wind. This makes for very even temperature.

I was told this grill is manufactured in China and I was a little nervious about the quality of it. As far as I can tell, it is very well made and all the stainless is very thick. I looked at a couple other stainless steel grills and there is a noticable difference. Even the lower line of Webers have thinner metal.

The grill comes preassembled except for the two side tables. Two screws each and the grill was pretty much done. The grates and flavor bars had to be put into place. I was preheating in no time.

Happy Jalape?o Roaster Grill Review

I received one of these as a gift and love to use it whenever I have company coming over.I always have request for my grilled stuffed peppers and they never last long once my guests arrive.This product is stainless steel and easy to clean, just use soap and water, let dry and it's all ready to use again.I am def. getting serveral of these as gifts this holiday season, anyone reading this should do the same. Recipes were included and I've come up with a few on my own...try shrimp or crab with cheddar cheese and a little creole seasoning, works very well for me.

Pedrini Black & Satin 5-Piece Barbeque Set Review

You'll need a trailer sized BBQ grill for this BBQ set! The quality stainless steel is very cheap and the utensils are bulky. I'm not sure that they are truly made of stainless steel, so most likely these utensils will rust. The tongs have a lever that doesn't work well. They don't come with a box to store it in. My package looked like it was already returned by someone else and was retaped up and shipped to me. I'd look around for a set that comes with a storage case and one that's made of higher quality materials.Good luck!

Smokenator 1000 & Hovergrill Kit Review

If you love slow and low BBQ but only have a Weber kettle, this is the product for you. I can now control the temperature to as low as 185 degrees and have it stay there for up to 6 ½ hours, without having to add any charcoal.The water reservoir does need to be filled approximately every 70 minutes but the BBQ turns out nice and juicy, just like the pros do it.

The top rack is great for those occasions where you want to BBQ for a crowd, although it does get about 10 to 15 degrees hotter than the bottom rack.

All and all I'm extremely pleased with this product and two of my friends where so impressed that they ended up buying one for themselves.
