The reason I bought this bbq was 1)it was rated the best bbq between $500 and $1000 by most all rating bureau's, 2)it uses high quality 302 s/s, 3)has s/s cooking racks which to me are easier to clean, 4) its a very pretty bbq, and 5) it's a Weber,made in the US.The E-320, withcolored panels, in my opinon,isn't as nice looking as the s/s unit.
I bought this bbq from Amazon about 10 days ago.It was shipped for free via Eagle Transportation.I think Amazon realized large items shipped UPS were arriving damaged.At least the few large items I previously ordered and shipped UPS arrived that way. The shipping estimate was 10-14 days with the free option.Four days after I saw that the item was shipped I received a call from Eagle's Los Angeles depot asking me when I wanted it delivered.I couldn't believe that !I told them the next day.They gave me a time frame, 10-1,asking if that was agreeable.At 11 Eagle arrived, off loaded my bbq in one huge box and asked where I wanted it.The box was completely intact and undamaged.I've never encountered that kind of service from any carrier.Cudos to Amazon on choosing this shipper.
Now, the bbq.Weber's Genesis S-320 LP.I'm a very handy guy with a garage full of tools.I unpacked all the parts and had them spread out on a blanket so I wouldn't scratch them on the cement floor.Everyone's greatest dread is the assembly instructions usually done in a foreign country and poorly translated in to English.But, since Weber is made in the USA, I found the step by step numbered instructions very easy to follow.All the little screws, washers, and bolts were nicely packaged and oh my goodness... they were all there.There were no shortages of any parts.One or two extras in a package would have been nice since I usually drop one of something and lose it somewhere under a bench in the garage.Anyway, the bbq went together effortlessly.I had my propane tank filled and used the weight hanger inside the stand which showed the tank was full.Another nice touch.
Now for the good part; using it.I did that tonight for the first time on Mother's Day.I thought that was appropriate.Anyway, I made cheesburgers - one of my most favorite bbq foods.I read the instructions on how Weber thought hamburgers should be cooked; medium heat with the lid down.They recommend always keeping hte lid down to cook and only opening it to turn the food or check to see if it's done.I also used the side burner just because... it's there.I've never had a bbq with a side burner and found it handy but a space hog.The bbq did what it is intended to do very well.It cooked my burgers in record time with the lid down.We also cooked corn on the cob wrapped in tin foil in the grill at the same time.Everything turned out great.
Now, my trivial gripes.The right side table has all the controls. That only leaves a very small amount of space between the control knobs and the bbq as a useable work area.One should be careful placing items in that area because being so close to the bbq it does tend to get a bit warm.I don't know why Weber couldn't put the controls on the front of the bbq leaving two nice sized working platforms.I found that a bit irritating especially when I used the left side burner.I had no place to set down plates, platters, etc.I had to pull up another small table.I don't know how often I'll actually use the side burner.If I don't use it ofen which I probably won't then it's really not an issue.
Did I say gripes?Well that's all I can think of.Overall, I'm very happy with the Weber Genesis S-320.I like it, alot.Would I buy it again if I only wanted to spend around $750??You bet !I can see why it's ratedhighly in all the reviews.And, you get Webers great guarantee and customer service.Go for it...you won't be disappointed.

Have tried a number of different types of gauges and this one simply takes you back to the basics. Discovered after ordering I could have purchased the same item on line at Ace Hardware for a few dollars less.
I bought this to replace a older natural gas summit I had to let go when I sold my home. The qquality of steeel in the older unit was in my opinion superior. However this unit has several improvements. The burner ignition system is greatly improved. The utensil hooks don't interfer with the door opening. The rotisserie spit and forks have on board storage. The sear burner really works. This uniit burns much hotter than the old but this may be due to the propane fuel. Overall I would recommend this unit.
I love this grill.I spent a lot of time researching indoor grills before I decided on the Minden. Make sure you heat up the grill very well before you put things on it.
This is a great value! I had a hard time finding a cover this size, so I was pleasantly surprised to find one at such a good price.The cover is heavy duty with velcro straps to hold it in place.
works great because you can cook thing on outdoor grill that you normaly would have to cook inside.Also very easy to clean. Fit perfect on my weber summit 450.
The cover works fine. It's a grill cover, so there's not a whole lot of innovation to be had. I however live in an area with wind storms, so I woke up one morning after a storm to find my grill naked, the cover nowhere to be found. I imagine it's somewhere in the Puget sound wedged in an Orca's blowhole. Some simple elastic on the bottom or grommet holes for bungees would have saved a whale.
I got these tools for my birthday. The leather case that holds them is really good quality, and keeps the tools firmly in place. When I opened the case, I was amazed at the quality and functionality of the tools. The spatula had serrated edges for slicing meat, and grease channels for diverting unwanted fat and grease. It also had a bottle opener conveniently located on the underside of the handle. It also comes with a great tongs that can also scoop sauces and marinade. It comes with a silicone basting brush that is dishwasher safe. It also includes a fork and slicing knife. Finally, it includes a cleaning brush that is so good, that it cleans the grill just like new. All these tools are durably constructed with stainless steel, and have a soft grip handle which makes it very easy to hold and grip. Cuisinart has really thought through the design of all these tools, and this set allows me to do everything on the grill. I would recommend this for anybody who loves to grill. It was one of the best gifts that I have ever received.
I researched this new grill for some time before finally deciding to get this Weber and it is great! Before this Weber, I researched the cheaper models out there and decided I was going for quality and aproduct that will last. My last stainless grill lasted about 3 years and it was the standard stainless steal grill you see everywhere...Junk! There are many grades of stainless steel and Weber uses a much better quality of materials. This grill is very easy to put together and it grills evenly every time.The stainless steel grills are easy to maintain and this is a very sturdy grill.I'm sure this will last at least 10 years and I will buy another Weber in 10 years. We have cooked steak, chicken, fish - everything cooks great. My only regret is not getting it sooner. Save yourself the frustration of some cheaper grill, this is well worth the extra money. I bought this for my bf for a christmas gift.He likes to bbq on a little propane grill. I guess I should have read the measurements of the tools. They are more suited for a huge grill. But its better than them being tiny. Good quality build. Might want to buy a nicer package to put them in if giving as a gift.
I know the description says small and I do have a smaller gas grill, but I was very impressed with the fullness of this cover and the handy velcro fasteners. It completely covered my grill for the winter with no risk of blowing off, and the quality of the material was excellent. I will be using again soon and expect it will last through many seasons.
I live on the second floor of an apartment complex where gas & charcoal grills are not permitted.This is the next best thing; I did a lot of research & this is the best thing in the market for what it is; a real grill, albeit electric.It heats up quickly & grills rather well. The only thing is that it will take a couple of meals in order to season the pan that lies under the heating element - like a cast iron pan or a gas grill lava rocks, as it builds up burnt drippings it will act as a charcoal & flavor your foods.Its big enough to cook a meal for 3 or 4 people.I have cooked T-bones, burgers, chicken & steak tips.Its a 5 star in the world of electric grills, because it actually is a grill & not a fancy electric press like the George Foreman or anything else.(it just won't completely replace the flavor & experience of open flame grilling.
This All-in-One idea is really cool. As a smoker, it's very good. Easy to maintain temperature by adjusting the gas flow and air intake. It's a little dificult to run at low temps (200f) if the weather is warm. If you turn the gas down too low, a slight wind will blow out the burner. We solved the problem by giving it more gas, but starving the intake of air.
I've used these now for three weeks with my new BBQ and really like the high quality SS and great grip.Good length too, so you don't get burned reaching to the back of the grill.
I purchased this lamp about a year ago, and it's reasonable decent:a year outside and it has withstood the elements, etc., and provides good light at the grill area.The only precaution is that it gets quite hot while operating, and as I haven't used it for extended periods of time, I can't say if that causes trouble, but I rather suspect that if operated for an extended period, the heat may deteriorate the PVC sleeving around the end.
Works well, but be careful using on charcoal grills.If you put the thermometer down on the cooking grate just after dumping the coals, and the coals are still super hot, the glass on the thermometer will cloud up a bit.
Very nice cover. I live in the northwest where this see's a lot of rain and it holds up fine and looks like a champ.
In theory this is a nice set, and I like all of the different tools -- but I bought this as a gift, and I'm going to return it.It just looks too cheap.The wooden handles are chipped in some places, there's almost no finish on them, and the plastic case is really flimsy and cheap looking.Perhaps if I was buying them for myself I wouldn't mind, but I'd be embarrassed to give this as a gift.
Fits perfect on my 18.5" Weber. The material is much thicker and tougher than what I expected and observed in the photo. GREAT buy!
This is a beautifully constructed grill made from heavy duty materials. I found it to be very elegant looking. Assembly was easy as all the major components are already assembled so it is just a matter of attaching the sub-assemblies. The fitted cover is heavy duty and superb.
I have the Weber Genesis grill Weber 3741001 Genesis E-310 Propane Gas Grill, Black and wanted a smoker. I had a generic smoker box and it sits on top of the flavor bars and never got very hot so very little smoke. The Weber Smoker puts the wood chips directly on the flavor bars getting them hot very fast and producing a lot of smoke. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is they say to clean the ash out after each use but much of it tends to fall into the bottom of the grill due to the large openings of the bars. I still highly recommend this product.
Excellent quality as are all Weber products I've used.I wish the response time was a bit faster for this thermometer which would be very helpful when checking thinner items like ground meat patties.

I was disappointed with these tongs, which was surprising since OXO makes good kitchen utensils.I agree with other reviewers, it is difficult to grasp and close them.Unless you have a rather large hand (which I don't), you're forced to grasp the handle so far down near the stainless steel!When comparing these to my 12" tongs my hand grasp was at the same point - which really made these 16" tongs no different from the 12" ones.
Before I found this product, I used to go through two of the stainless-steel Webers a year.No matter what I tried, those turned black and wouldn't clean.When they got too disgusting, I threw them away.So I tried this one.The porcelain coating makes all the difference.Food doesn't stick if you use a bit of spray oil, it cleans up in the dishwasher, it appears sturdy.The only nit to pick is that I wish the edges of the pan were rolled a bit to be less sharp.It also seems to have a larger capacity than the comparable Weber.A win.
I bought a new grill and wanted to make sure it was used properly. I don't like it when small pieces of food fall through, especially on gas grills, so I bought this. Well, on first use it stained so bad, despite my priming it, and worse, it warped. Hey, I can still use it. But it's kinda like wearing soiled clothes... won't feel as good.
Thought these were a little pricey at first.But after their arrival, I determined that these should last a very, very long time.Length comes just short of the elbow.Very insulating against the heat of the grill; really makes a difference.
I love this smoker.I did have experience with a genuine Cookin Cajin from the company Brinkman purchased.It was a little more heavy-duty, but as far as results go, the Brinkmann is every bit as good.Assembly proved to be slightly annoying. The screws and nuts were tiny and difficult to thread and the main cylinder was slightly out of round.Once assembled, however, the performance is excellent.I've used it a dozen times already, with very tastey results.
I use this light on my Weber S320 grill. It has a switch to automatically turn on when the lid is open and off when the lid is closed. It also has a day/night sensor to prevent it from wasting the battery while grilling in daylight.
I have used a Weber One Touch Gold for many years, but the truth of the matter is that in Northern Michigan winter, it is frequently more than I care to attempt to try to get the fire going. Nomatter whether I use the chimney or parrafin starters, that cold wind does not get me enthused to charcoal grill in January.
